As well as being part of the delivery team for the Leadership Foundation’s programmes and consultancy, Learning for Good has conducted projects on succession management in higher education and on the leadership support needed by small and specialist higher education institutions. We created new leadership development resources for use with middle managers in universities. Along with Oxford Brookes University, we were partners in the project to track the careers of TMP alumni.
We loved being on the facilitation team for the Common Cause residential training, run in beautiful mid-Wales.
Learning for Good has conducted community outreach and engagement projects for the Hub, including work on the Green Deal and community renewable energy projects.
Learning for Good has designed and run annual awaydays for the college’s network of departmental post-doc reps, and conducted a review of the Post-Doc Development Centre’s support for early-career fellows.
Learning for Good has produced a guide on organisational change for leaders in Oxfam worldwide. We have run several team-building workshops for Oxfam’s UK-based teams using MBTI, and have facilitated strategic awaydays to help teams work out realistic priorities.
