Learning for Good and Kellow Learning collaborate with NCVO on leadership development for charities

We’re delighted to be working with Edward Kellow of Kellow Learning and with the National Council for Voluntary Organisations on a brand-new leadership programme for charity leaders in the 2020s.

We’re blogging about the programme as it takes shape. You can follow Edward’s blogs on the Kellow Learning blog page, and our joint blogs on the NCVO guest blogs page. Or follow the discussion on Twitter #NCVOleaders.

The programme is for people who want to take a considered and deliberate approach to their career and map out their career steps two to five years ahead, and who aspire to be sector leaders and champions in the 2020s.You could be two steps from CEO but showing now that you are an emerging or strategic leader. You might be in charge of a team in a larger organisation. Equally the programme is also suitable for a CEO of up to a £1m charity who wants to advance their skills.

Applications are open from summer 2016 and the programme starts in November 2016.
