Release the energy in your team

Understanding our colleagues’ preferences can help us to get the most out of each other – ensuring that our team becomes more than just the sum of its parts. We have two tools that can help with this: the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Team Management Profile (TMP). Both tools involve completion of a questionnaire followed by a half-day workshop for the whole team. It’s fun and illuminating, and it improves team performance. We can also run team awaydays and strategic planning sessions to your specification, with or without special tools.

Individual personality profiling

As well as being used in team development, the MBTI and the TMP can be helpful for individuals. They are widely used and give us frameworks for understanding how we prefer to orient ourselves, take in information, make decisions and lead our lives. With this knowledge we can assess what kind of work we might prefer, work out why certain colleagues wind us up the wrong way, and understand how we can best learn and develop.

Learning for Good offers accredited, qualified, confidential support in interpreting and understanding the questionnaire results. Completing the questionnaire followed by a one-to-one feedback session takes about an hour and a half of your time.
