Staff engagement and leadership on the climate crisis

As the reality of the climate crisis becomes more apparent, organisations are exploring how their staff and managers can contribute to an organisational response that reflects the scale of the emergency we face. Learning for Good can offer reflective yet practical workshops that enable staff to understand how their work may need to change and what kinds of leadership is demanded of them. Here is one example of a workshop offered as part of a leadership programme. In this work we draw on Rebecca Nestor’s doctoral studies on leadership.

Another example of this kind of support is Carbon Conversations, a powerful and  systematic way of supporting your employees to talk about and fully engage in the task of moving your business to a low carbon future.
